True Warranty
At CMTC Wireless, we believe in a True Warranty. It's simple: no hidden clauses, no runarounds. If the part we replaced fails due to a defect or if our workmanship falls short, we fix it—completely for free.
We are so confident in our quality that we back selective repairs with a 1-Month True Warranty. Specific repair services and their warranty coverage are indicated at the time of service.
What is covered?
- Screen Repairs
Ghost touching, unresponsive touch, dead pixels, or lifting glass (without physical damage).
- Battery Replacements
Failure to hold charge, irregular percentage drops, or failure to power on.
- Charging Ports & Components
Inconsistent charging, loose connection, or part failure.
- Workmanship
Any issues resulting from the reassembly process.
Terms & Conditions
Our warranty is void if the device shows signs of:
Cracked screens (even hairline cracks), dented frames, bent housings, or broken glass caused by drops or impacts are NOT covered. Physical damage voids the warranty on the replaced part.
Exposure to moisture or liquid voids the warranty. Liquid damage is progressive and can cause failures unrelated to the original repair. We cannot warranty a device that has water damage.
If the device is opened or repaired by another shop or individual after our service, the warranty is immediately void.

Selective Repairs Warranty
We provide 1 month warranty for selective repairs. This covers defects in parts and workmanship for specific repair services as indicated at the time of service.
